JH CPA Alliance Limited was founded on 23 January 2009. Founders of the firm are Mr. Fung Kowk Leung, Andy (“Mr. Fung”) ; Mr. Dickson Chan (:Mr. Dickson Chan”) and Mr. Alfred Tam (“Mr. Tam”). All of them are experienced practicing accountants previously running their own proprietorship businesses for over 25 years. JH CPA Alliance Limited, as it is named, was formed with a view to broaden the existing clientele as well as aiming at providing even better services quality and serving higher profile clients.
Mr. Dickson Chan retired on 31 December 2018 on his own accords and on 1 January 2019, Mr. Yip Chun Chung, Andy (“Mr. Yip”) , formerly Senior Manager of the firm, was promoted and accepted as a director of JH.
On 17 March 2020, JH further appointed Mr. Chan Kin Man, Jackcy (“M. Chan”) as a director of the Company.
All of Mr. Fung, Mr. Yip and Mr. Chan are well experienced in audit and transactions of listed clients (including merger and acquisitions, resumption and restructuring, pre-IPO coaching and preparation) , covering clients from Hong Kong, Singapore, Russia, Korea, England and the USA. Mr. Tam is more concentrate on general audits and tax services including some multi-national clients and some Hong Kong branches of State Enterprises of the PRC.
Mr. Fung Kwok Leung, Andy
Mr. Fung holds a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from the University of London and an Honor Degree in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants; a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants; fellow member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and a Certified Tax Advisor. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, merger and acquisitions; corporate finance, rescue and advisory.
Mr. Fung is one of the founders and directors of JH CPA Alliance Limited (“JH”). JH concentrates on listed clients and mostly engaged in listed companies’ audit, transactions like acquisitions & mergers and resumption exercises.
On October 2013, Mr. Fung was appointed as a Standing Committee Member of The Returned Overseas Chinese Association, Nanshan, Shenzhen, PRC.
On October 2016, Mr. Fung was re- appointed as a Committee Member of The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Nanshan, Shenzhen Committee (The Fifth Term). He retired form the Committee on August 2021.

Mr. Yip Chun Chung, Andy (“Mr. Yip”)
Mr. Yip Chun Chung, Andy (“Mr. Yip”) , formerly Senior Manager of the firm, was promoted and accepted as a director of JH.
Mr. Chan Kin Man, Jackcy (“M. Chan”)
On 17 March 2020, JH further appointed Mr. Chan Kin Man, Jackcy (“M. Chan”) as a director of the Company.
Mr. Alfred Tam (“Mr. Tam”)
Mr. Tam is more concentrate on general audits and tax services including some multi-national clients and some Hong Kong branches of State Enterprises of the PRC.
